Изменились адреса визовых центров Бельгии в России

С 21 ноября 2016 года обслуживанием визовых центров Бельгии в России занимается компания "TLScontact".

В этой связи изменились адреса визовых центров в Москве и Санкт-Петербурге, где можно сдать документы на получение краткосрочной шенгенской визы в Бельгию. В Москве центр расположен в БЦ "Дельта Плаза" (2-ой Сыромятнический переулок, д. 1), в Санкт-Петербурге – БЦ "Преображенский двор" (Литейный проспект, д. 26). Оба центра открыты по будним дням с 9:00-17:00 часов; выдача готовых паспортов осуществляется с 8:00 до 16:00 часов. Документы на получение «шенгена» в Бельгию принимаются по предварительной записи. Стоит отметить, что список необходимых документов, процедура оформления и порядок выдачи виз не изменились. Стоимость оформления «шенгена» в Бельгию, как и для других 26 стран, входящих в Шенгенскую зону, составляет 35 евро (сумма уплачивается в рублях; в данный момент она эквивалентна 2625 руб.). Дополнительно визовый центр взимает с каждого заявителя сервисный сбор в размере 1900 руб.

Обращаем внимание, что согласно информации, размещенной на сайте посольства Бельгии, на текущий момент ни одно туристическое агентство не имеет аккредитации при посольстве, и, следовательно, не может претендовать на ускоренный процесс обработки документов на визу ни в посольстве, ни в визовом центре.

Напоминаем, что помимо визовых центров желающие получить краткосрочную шенгенскую визу в Бельгию могут подавать документы в визовый отдел посольства Бельгии в Москве и консульство Латвии в Калининграде. которое представляет интересы посольства Бельгии в Калининградской области. Генеральное консульство Бельгии в Санкт-Петербурге не занимается оформлением виз.

Центр визовой поддержки

Для получения визы данных стран необходимо обращаться на прямую в Посольство.

Лидером на рынке посреднических визовых услуг является скандально известная компания VFS Global (Индия/Швейцария). На сегодняшний день она открыла Визовые Центры в 14 городах Украины и является посредником между Заявителями и Посольствами 22-х стран: Австрии, Бельгии, Болгарии, Венгрии, Германии, Греции, Дании, Испании, Исландии, Литвы, Люксембурга, Мальты, Нидерландов, Норвегии, Польши, Словении, Финляндии, Франции, Хорватии, Чехии, Швеции и Эстонии.

ООО «Виза Менеджмент Сервис» (VMS) — это единственная уполномоченная Консульством Италии коммерческая организация, которая принимает запросы на получение виз и соответствующую документацию. Визовый Центр выполняет технические функции по приема документов и обработки данных.

Компания PONY EXPRESS — официальный сервис-провайдер Посольства Словацкой Республики в Украине.

TLScontact — компания, которая оказывает посреднические услуги между Заявителями и Посольством по оформлению виз в Швейцарию и Лихтенштейн.

Визовые Центры оказывают услуги по приёму документов для оформления краткосрочной визы категории С (длительность Вашего пребывания в Шенгенской зоне не будет превышать в общей сложности 90 дней в течение 180 дней). Заявителям, которые желают получить долгосрочную визу типа D, необходимо обращаться непосредственно в Посольство или Генеральное Консульство.

Исключение Визовые Центры Австрии, Бельгия / Люксембург, Дании, Италии, Норвегии / Исландии, Польши и Швейцарии. Принимают документы для оформления визы категории D.

Визовый Центр Австрии принимает только некоторые категории визы D (обучение до 6 месяцев, языковые курсы до 6 месяцев, сезонные работы до 6 месяцев).

В Визовые Центры Заявитель может подавать документы с 8:30 до 15:30 с понедельника по пятницу, кроме выходных и праздничных дней.

Визовые Центры Бельгии / Люксембурга, Эстонии, Греции, Норвегия / Исландия, Словении принимают документы на получение визы без предварительной записи. Существует система электронной очереди для подачи документов.

Подавать документы в Визовые Центры Австрии, Дании, Финляндии, Германии и Швеции Заявитель может как по предварительной записи, так и без записи в порядке живой очереди.

Рекомендовано записываться на подачу документов, т.к. приоритет дается Заявителям, которые предварительно записались.

Исключительно по предварительной записи документы принимаются в Визовые Центры Чехии, Франции, Венгрии, Испании / Мальты, Италии, Литвы, Польши, Словакии и Швейцарии / Лихтенштейна.

Визовые Центры Литвы в Киеве, Львове, Ивано-Франковске принимают документы по предварительной записи. Подача документов в Визовые Центры в других городах осуществляется без предварительной записи.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ

• Оплата сервисного сбора ППВА Польши. Заявители, которые подают документы на получение визы в ППВА Польши, обязательно должны предварительно оплатить сервисный сбор.
• Сбор биометрических данных. 23 июня 2015 в Украине и других странах Восточного партнерства стран Шенгенской зоны введут визовую информационную систему (БИС).
• Отказ в шенгенской визе. Процедура апелляции. По правилам Визового кодекса с 2011 года Посольство обязано объяснять причины отказа в визах, а у Заявителей есть право на обжалование консульских решений.

Step 2 – Registration

Register on Visa On Web. in order to fill your visa application form and validate your application. Upon validation, you will receive the form on your e-mail address. Print it to submit it on the application day.

Step 3 – Creation of a TLScontact account

Create a TLScontact account through the submission of an e-mail address and a password. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Step 4 – Data entry

Enter the complementary information that is necessary to the personal processing of your application. If you wish a group appointment with other persons, please indicate their names.

Step 5 – Online appointment

Select a day and a time of your convenience to submit visa application to the TLScontact centre. Do not forget to print your convocation, as it will be asked at the welcome desk.

Step 6 – Application submission

Please note that your visa application must be submitted in person at the TLScontact centre. It is important that you arrive on time at your appointment, with your online filled visa form and all the documents necessary to the submission of your visa application.

If you don’t come on time at your appointment, you may not be received on this day and you will have to start again the whole process and set up a new appointment.

If you do not come to your appointment, please note that you will have to contact our call centre in order to register for another appointment.

There is no need to come ahead of your appointment time, you will be received only at your appointment time.

Step 7 – Application processing and fingerprint recording

Please note that your visa applications should be submitted in person to our Visa Application Center unless you are under an exemption case.

You will be then sent to an agent who will check that all the necessary documents are presented in your file. A checklist will be given to you. If your file is full, your application will be send to the Visa section of the Belgium Embassy in Moscow.

If some documents are missing or not accepted by Visa section of the Belgium Embassy in Moscow, you can:

Either submit your application, despite the risk to lose your visa fees and see your visa not granted by the Visa section of the Belgium Embassy in Moscow.

Either withdraw your application and be refunded your service and visa fees. It will be possible for you to submit another application later.

If you decide to send your file at the Visa section of the Belgium Embassy in Moscow, you will pay service and visa fees.

Personal appearance exemption conditions:

Children under 12 years of age. Finger scans are not required;

Persons, where it is physically not possible to have fingerprints taken;

The applicants who have already provided their biometric data for a previous Schengen visa application within last 59 months;

Persons applying for long stay visas.

Step 8 – Passport return

As soon as your visa application has been processed by the Visa section of the Belgium, you will receive notification informing that your passport is ready to be retrieved at the TLScontact centre. You can also contact our call centre in order to know the status of your application.

Step 9 – Passport retrieval

When your passport is ready to be collected, you will see its status in on your personal page on our website. Moreover, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail notifying you that your passport is ready for pick up at the TLScontact center. Please arrive with your visa application checklist, the original and a copy of your identity card ready.

If you wish to designate a representative to come in your stead, please make sure that they bring the following documents.

A letter of authorization from you (written in a free form and signed by you)

Your representative’s original ID and a copy

Proof of Relationship (close relatives do not provide authorization letter)

Please note: The passport can be picked only at the visa application center where you initially lodged your visa applications.

How to choose additional value services?

If you wish to use added value services offered by TLScontact visa application centre you should choose them in your personal account. Service payments are charged in the equal amount in rubles, according to the exchange rate set by the Embassy of Belgium in Moscow.

Prime Time Appointment Service

TLScontact Visa centre offers you the Prime Time Appointment service which will allow you to apply outside of your working hours. Prime time service allows applicants to make an appointment at Moscow Visa application centre from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays at a cost of 35 EUR for each appointment. Visa and service fees are not included in this price.

To apply for this service you need to go through a registration procedure on TLScontact website, add the Prime time service to your AVS cart in your personal account and contact TLScontact call-center at +74959958512, +74952322334.

Visa Appointment Support includes:

• Online registration on TLScontact website
• Online form filling according to the provided information
• Appointment booking
• Provision with the filled Schengen form
• Phone call when passport is ready for collection (or has been sent by courier)

Visa Appointment Support upgrades are available for an additional 10 EUR per application.

Please be aware, the service can be provided at Visa application centre, or by contacting our Call-Centre .

TLScontact offers a courier delivery service, allowing you to receive your passport directly at your home or your office.
To choose courier delivery service you need to add it to your AVS cart in your personal account. You will fill in a waybill and pay delivery fees at the Visa application centre during the application process. Please find below the price list for courier service based on your selected delivery address :

A photobooth service is available in TLScontact Visa application centre in Moscow. The price of 4 photos is 350 RUB.

A copy machine is available in TLScontact Visa application centres. The price of 1 copy is 40 RUB.

Have your documents professionally translated into an approved language. The fee is charged for each A4 page (1800 signs including spaces).

Passport retrieval during the application process

In case of urgent trip etc. you can revoke your passport back during the visa application process.

You need to submit appropriate request and pay fee at the Visa centre. Your passport will be returned to VAC in 2-3 working days, you will be informed via e-mail and by phone. Once a decision on your application has been made, you will be contacted to bring your passport back to the Visa Application Centre to complete the process.

Be informed, passport retrieval time depends on the Embassy of Belgium, TLScontact cannot make any influence on it.

Please note that as said services in no way guarantee the right to obtain a visa, an overbooking, or faster processing of your file by the Embassy of Belgium in Moscow.
